HARARE — Award-winning property company HSP REALTY has appointed musician and creative Nashie Zim as its brand ambassador in a partnership aimed at taking property investment to a younger and wider audience.
The deal, signed on September 2, will see the two brands collaborate on marketing campaigns, property showcases, digital content and public appearances as HSP REALTY seeks to expand its reach locally, regionally and internationally.
HSP REALTY founder and chief executive officer Leonita Mhishi said the partnership was deliberately built around shared values rather than simply celebrity appeal.
“The right partnerships, at the right time, are part of how organisations grow,” Mhishi said.
She said the company wanted an ambassador who could identify with its brand and connect authentically with its target audience.
“For us, a Brand Ambassador cannot simply be a recognisable face. They must represent something.
“Nashie, what particularly attracted us to this partnership is that you have built your own identity.
“You have your own voice, your own audience, and your own journey… that is also the HSP REALTY story,” said Mhishi.
The partnership will run under the campaign theme “Building Legacy Together,” with HSP REALTY seeking to change perceptions around land and property ownership, particularly among young people.
“We want your audience to discover property ownership.
“We want young people who follow you to understand that owning land, investing in property, and creating generational wealth are achievable aspirations,” Mhishi said.
HSP REALTY said the campaign would also be guided by its “Burgundy Standard”, which it describes as its benchmark for professionalism, excellence and integrity.
Nashie Zim’s audience and influence will be used to bridge conventional property marketing with digital and cultural engagement, allowing the company to reach demographics that may not traditionally engage with real estate brands.
Both parties described the agreement as more than a conventional endorsement deal, framing it as a platform for long-term commercial growth.
“May this partnership open doors for both brands.
May it create opportunities we have not yet imagined.
“And, above all, may what we begin today become something whose impact extends far beyond the duration of a contract,” Mhishi said.
