HARARE — Businessman and philanthropist Wicknell Chivayo has upgraded social media personality Coach Rambo from a Toyota Aqua to a brand-new Toyota Fortuner GD6 2.4D and pledged thousands of dollars in cash rewards to his supporters.
In a social media statement Chivayo said he was impressed by Coach Rambo’s gratitude after recently receiving a Toyota Aqua, prompting him to increase the value of the gift.
Chivayo said Coach Rambo should return to Enterprise Car Sales on Saturday to collect the new Toyota Fortuner, adding that he would also provide US$5,000 for fuel and related expenses.
The Toyota Aqua, which had initially been gifted to Coach Rambo, will now be transferred to his wife.
Chivayo said she would also receive US$5,000 in cash.
He further announced cash rewards for 49 bikers who escorted Coach Rambo during the handover of the initial vehicle, saying each biker would receive US$1,000.
Chivayo said the gesture was intended to recognise individuals who celebrate the success of others and demonstrate genuine support for their friends.
The businessman used the occasion to encourage gratitude, saying people who appreciate small blessings often position themselves for greater opportunities in the future.
He congratulated Coach Rambo and the bikers, wishing them success in their respective endeavours.
